Ordered the special green chile chicken pizza and cheese bread. It was delicious all around. My husband said something was... missing on the pizza but he likes his green chilies a bit spicier and these were mild. They were perfect for anyone who doesn?tlike it can?t handle spicy. Delicious sauce. The cheese bread was perfect! Great service. Nice atmosphere. Will definitely comeback here again, but try a different pizza next time. Read more

I came to town to visit family, I was I?m looking for a really good place to have pizza and a little town like Lubbock. Capital... pizza was suggested, so I figured we would give it a try. We ended up having the greatest experience due to a young man namedJoseph! He had great suggestions, an amazing personality, He is incredibly good with small children! Being silly andentertaining them the entire time. making sure we never needed anything, I never skipping a beat with other guests. He trulymade this a memorable trip. We got the smokehouse pizza and it was REALLY good. It is top 5 best pizzas I have ever had. The atmosphere was a western rustic... style. It is a cute simple place to watch a football game while drinking a cold one. Read more
It's a local Lubbock Pizza joint. We went to the Tech Terrace location. Customers were coming and leaving. The boys had the... Margarita Pizza and they each gave it 2 thumbs up. I had the Greek Gilled Chicken Salad. Read more
My wife and I have been here several times over the years! Solid consistent fantastic service. Always a perfect experience, not... sure why I haven?t ever in the past put a review for this place. However this time around, I wanted to share because it?s such agreat pizza joint. We come to Lubbock a lot and this is a go to place for great Calzones and so many other options to choosefrom. If you like the Chuck E Cheese experience, come here. They look like they put pieces from other pizzas together and melted more... cheese on top, ala Chuck E Cheese. If so, definitely not legal, see photos. Edges don't line up at all. Other than that, verybland and over priced pizza. Edit: Owner responded defensively instead of addressing why the edges looked so jagged. If there isan explanation please explain? Read more
If I could describe the perfect pizza crust and then have someone make it, I think it would turn out like the crust at Capital... Pizza. Soft, chewy (in a good way), and warm on the inside, lightly crisped on the outside. The pizza is not soggy at all eventhough they don't hold back on toppings. There are lots of options for traditional and specialty pizzas, and a really extensivebeer list. I typically love a BBQ chicken pizza, so I had to try the Smokehouse pizza which is similar but has pulled porkinstead of chicken. It was SO GOOD. Meat lover's also was delightful and lived up to its name. The place is unassuming, there isparking available, and the service is very good. Update: It was so good we went back after a few weeks. This time, I had thespecial (Capital Cordon Bleu) and the flavor was everything I'd hoped for and more. The yellow topping is dijon drizzle. Thisplace is consistently delicious. It'll be tough to try another pizza place in Lubbock in the future! Read more
