The intercom didn?t work so had to pull up to window to order. Waited 15 minutes for an employee to come shambling out of the... back who had obviously just got done smoking what was obviously not cigarettes and smelled as such. To which the employee wastoo high to be competent and take my order. So I just had to end up leaving. The sign says under new management. They may wantto go back to the old management if this is their standard now. Read more

Okay...it's been a minute since that UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT sign went up. It's just...i thought new would mean better. Maybe... it's not managements fault. Who owns this place? Read more

Order online in advanced. Went to pick up order through the drive thru. No one answered so after a good while. Finally I got a... young girl, who said sorry the boilers are down. I said I had placed an online order. She the sounded confused and said it wasOK. I'm not what that meant. I pulled up to the drive through window. Waited about 7 minutes without anyone coming up to thewindow. I saw through my rear view, to what appeared to the manager taking out trash staring at my car. I pull up to go insidejust to find the manager sitting up front smoking a cigarette. As I go in, the girl up front shows up and says sorry, your orderwill be up. I waited a bit more, another employee comes in and starts making a comment to me about fresh fries coming out, "forsomeone ". I guess she thought she was being funny because I received the ones that were not fresh and must have been there allday. Management really needs to work on customer service and not leave customers hanging. Read more

Needs better management, employees are driving burger king to the ground. If you want to wait 25 minutes for your food come here... I would advise not to eat at this far food. I mean slow food Read more

Ordered a whooper meal & it came out of the microwave. I?m talking wrapper hot, lettuce slimy & buns were sunk in. The cheese... was so melted that it didn?t even look like they used a whole slice. The manager just stood there like she didn?t know what heremployees were serving! Only thing fresh were the fries. Has definitely not gotten any better since they?ve opened! Read more

OMG WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! So first I walk in and wait about 8 mins before I?m even addressed. They had about 5 kids in the... back of the kitchen running around playing! Totally un professional especially since this is a restaurant preparing food withkids playing chase. Unsafe and unsanitary! Please if you own this business or manage it please do better!!! Read more

I had to wait at the speaker for a couple minutes. After they took my order, I pulled around and there were 2 cars in front of... me. The first car took a couple more minutes, the second a couple more. Then I sat at the window long enough to smoke acigarette(more than 5 minutes). Then the lady couldn?t remember what I ordered from the time I paid, until they came back to tryand give me an order. The hash browns were crunchy and really greasy, not crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside likethey are supposed to be. I ordered a sausage, bacon, egg and cheese double croissant. The cheese looks like it was one sittingin the chute that they took apart and added one of the meats so they could sell it and not throw it away, and it tastes like itwas supposed to be tossed an hour ago. I know there are bad times, or busy times, but this Burger King definitely wasn?t busy.No receipt was given except the one on the bag. This is just another example of why the Burger Kings in Lubbock need to bedownsized/consolidated. I keep giving them an opportunity to do well, and I keep getting disappointed. Read more

Ordered 3 large meals with a coke sprite and dr pepper.. When we got to the window, we were handed 2 small and 1 large coke.... When we told the lady what was wrong, all she said washout only paid for 1 large." I again explained we asked for large and shelooked at me like I was stupid! The order was repeated at the time of order and said large and correct flavors. I asked for areceipt. Was told "its on the bag. You'll get it with your food." Very rude and she was the stupid one cause she took the orderand repeated it correctly but didn't put it in the system correctly. We were the only car there at the time too. Very badcustomer service and it took too long. Will not be going back. Read more
