Do not go to this location. I placed an order online and was told by the lady working at the drive through that they aren't... doing loyalty orders right now and then shut the drive through window on me. After waiting for her to come back, she tells methat they aren't doing loyalty orders again and I asker her about the food I payed for on the app and her response was "I don'tknow. My manager told me we aren't doing those orders right now". I park and go inside to try and see about my order gettingcancelled so I can get my money back and wait at the counter while the same lady talks with the fry cook in the back and ignoresme. After about 5ish minuets I just walked out of the store and placed a complaint on the app in hopes of a refund. Read more

This location shows to be open until midnight for drive through everyday on the door, in the app, and on Google maps. Tell me... why it was closed before 11pm on Saturday night? I had hateful employees last time I visited and now this? Pick anotherlocation, seriously. They have some issues and they have earned my distrust and dislike. Very upset. My god kids just lost there mom and we went through the drive thru for nuggets cause y'all have the best ever. But... the cashier at the window, some young rude lying punk but anyways my son says mom can we get kids a crown so we ask that cashiersaid no we have none no where. Well we said have a blessed day and pulled off and what a shock to hear the kids stop crying andstarted yelling god don't like ugly I am like what they said look there's crowns on all the tables. Very friendly and professional staff. A somewhat clean restaurant. I had a very long wait for my order to be prepared. I guess I... should have not rushed to get out of there and home. I got home only to find that my order was wrong, and had to take it back.They kind of made me feel like I was at fault. But I would never voluntarily order anything with Ham. Probably one the worst burger kings in town! Drive thru speaker barely worked. Had to yell to place my order and it was still... wrong! Whopper that I ordered sucked! Would give zero stars if possible!! Multiple problems with THIS location. Visited a few times when they were supposed to be open... and weren?t. Finally today, I pulled in the drive thru line and up to the speaker. Nobody greeted me, I said ?hello? close to 10times within a 7 minute period.. no answer so I pulled up to the window. A lady came to the window and said she couldn?t help mebecause I didn?t place an order at the speaker and I would have to go back around and order. No thank you..
