Worst BK I have been too. I ordered a number a whopper combo with everything on it. And got a burger bun a single patty with 3... pickles and cheese. And my drink was nothing but carbonated water. It was the worst experience I have ever had with thatlocation. Never again will I go there. I would have gone back and complain..but now I don't trust them making my food. So Irather contaminate your future customers with my experience on such a nasty disgusting place. Read more
We sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes with no response. I pulled up to the window, and three, THREE separate employees... looked towards the window, but not a single one of them came to the window. I also attempted calling the phone number listedonline, and there was no answer. This is not the first time service at this BK has been subpar, but I always like to give itanother try, but it just seems to have gotten worse. Read more
Used app--still took 20 minutes from the time I pulled up until I got my food. Like another I was told to pull around to the... "front" (West? South?). And then when I got home, the customization was wrong on both sandwiches, even though it was correct onthe ticket on the bag. Have not had this problem at other BK's in Lubbock--will be VERY unlikely to return to this one. Read more
