My dad loves it here because they will cut all the fat off of his brisket. When he asks for lean, he gets it lean. He's very... picky. They have the best man n' cheese too. I like their Frito pie. Bigham's Smokehouse was excellent from the moment we walked in. It smelled delicious and we were helped by friendly staff... members as soon as we were ready. All the meats we tried (brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and turkey) were juicy and tender andthey also nailed the sides (traditional potato salad, mac n cheese) and Frito Pie (topped with brisket, beans, and cheese).There was plenty of seating on the Sunday evening that we dined here. Good BBQ, friendly staff. We visited on Super Bowl Sunday. Drive thru was crazy busy, but inside was not. They have all your... basic meat options - brisket, turkey, ribs, sausage, pulled pork and chicken.
