Yummy & hot. They were out of A LOT of things- almost all drink flavors, no curly fries. It was very end of days vibes lol.... Service was pleasant & food was hot, tasty & delivered quickly. Will definitely visit again. Read more
Ordered from the drive thru. Get home (6 miles away) only to have two major things missing. Tried calling but apparently their... phone is messed up. The lady was nice and corrected it. But mad because I had to drive all the way back then drive home. ???? Read more
The cook there is top notch. I went in the afternoon and the roast beef wasn't fresh at that time but this guy cooked the best... hamburger I ever had as a replacement for the roast beef I didn't like. Great guy. Try their burgers, you'll love them. Read more
Went to the drive thru on a Wednesday at 942 pm, another car also arrived in front of me at the same time. The automated device... at the drive through said to come back during business hours. Their web site clearly states they are open 10 am until 10 pm.Staff were inside cleaning, but clearly not following franchise regulations. Read more
My wife and I went through Arbys on Sunday 02/06/2022. The place was not busy at all as we went through the drive thru (in fact... we were the only ones there). We ordered 2 of the #1?s with 4 cups of extra cheese (we love dipping our fries in the cheese). Wegot our food and pulled out the cheese that we PAID for to only find the cups had been filled a quarter of the way if not less.We then went to eat our sandwich to only find that our sandwiches had even less cheese on them (see pics below). I?m trying tounderstand why Arbys and other companies are expecting us (all customers) to pay the same amount if not more for a product andgive us (all customers) less? If companies such as Arbys and others go out of business it isn?t going to be due to ?thepandemic?, it?ll be due to the lack of work ethics, and expecting more from consumers while providing less quality.
