Love their smoothies and options so it saddens me to have to boycott due to incessant use of styrofoam. I have brought in my... own reusable cup and they will not honor using it. I placed an order for curbside and their service is horrible, my husband went to pick up and hear an employee hanging the phone... and calling the person son of a b?:& I think respect and manners are very necessary in any business. Tropical smoothie is one of my favorite places to go! The only unfortunate thing about tropical smoothie is that the consistency... from store to store varies. This location is a bit slower pace in service. If your in a rush this location is not for you .Loxahatchee is much more of a laid back please . Also the smoothie at this location taste different then if I was to get it 7miles down the road . Smoothies were good but this is the slowest location I?ve ever been to, like snail speed without exaggeration. Ordered 3... smoothies at 3:57 and waited until 4:09 before receiving them. There was only 1 person in front of me ? waiting for 1 smoothie.By the time I left at 4:09 there was a line of people waiting for their drinks. And my smoothie wasn?t full, that?sdisappointing.
