This is the WORST Wendy?s location I?ve ever been to and that?s saying something because every Wendy?s experience I?ve ever had... was subpar at best. The staff is rude, the food is always cold and tasteless (or the order is completely wrong) and the serviceis SLOW. I tried to give this location another chance because it?s conveniently located near where I live but then the cashiercharged me for someone else?s order and the manager proceeded to argue with me instead of checking to see if they actually madea mistake or not then refused to refund my money. I would avoid this place like the plague if I were you, I can?t believe thesepeople are demanding $15+ an hour. Read more

Horrible, and I do mean horrible customer service. I placed an order via the app for pickup and in the app it clearly says to... proceed through Drive-thru, so I did. When the lady came on the speaker to take my order i let her know I had a mobile order topick up. She said "Mam, we don't do mobile orders, you will have to come inside" It was hard to hear clearly so i thought Iheard her wrong and said "but the app says to pick up through drive through" to which she replied yelling "MAM I AM NOT TELLINGYOU AGAIN YOU WILL NEED TO COME INSIDE" I park and go up to the counter and tell the lady standing there that I was here to pickup a mobile order. This young lady was polite and proceeded to put it together - she brings it back and I said whoever isworking the intercom was incredibly rude and I'd like to speak with a manager. One of the people standing in the drive thru area(green haired lady -there were 3 or so congregating in that small area chatting ) starts getting very loud and aggressive withme and yells " I told you we don't do mobile orders you don't listen!" Im just standing there dumbfounded and told her outright"You are incredibly rude and have no business working a drive thru" She laughs and says "whatever" I left but her whole attitudewas awful. Had she been remotely nice in any way and said "We're sorry we can't do mobile orders do you mind coming inside fora minute?" it absolutely would not have been an issue - things happen, but from the minute she came onto the intercom till thetime I left the store she was rude and condescending and that is not the attitude to have in any sort of customer serviceposition or towards any customer. NEVER will return to that location and frankly not sure I'll visit a Wendy's again. I've alsocontacted corporate. Read more

Rude employees who never confirm what you?ve ordered at the drive thru window. They just swipe your card without even checking... to see if they?re charging you for the correct order. Employees lack basic communication and are unprofessional. My burgerwasn?t even cooked all the way resulting in a stomach virus. Won?t be returning to this Wendy?s ever again! Read more

First time visiting this city; I did come to the Port for a Cruise but this is my first time hanging out here. I love Wendy's,... I just haven't been in a while. The worst experience of any fast food restaurant. When you drive up to order the staff says ?hello? into the intercom?this is... their greeting?During the order exchange, you can?t understand a single world the staff are saying and they are completely rude.There is absolutely no customer service at all and they clearly do not care. The food is old and burned. Like literal cardboardand rocks. This has happened on multiple occasions. More than I think is even remotely acceptable. We will not be returning tothis location. I like Wendy's Fast food. At this visit one of our burgers wasn't warm, we didn't complain. I took a star off for service. I... felt like I should apologize for ordering meals. I hope I didn't just catch them at the wrong time and I am being unfair.. But asmile would have gone a long way. Read more

Poor service and poor food quality. The person taking my order gave me bad attitude multiple times. We waited for 10 minutes at... the last window (there were no other vehicles in front of us). They gave us the order little by little and then just left uswaiting for several minutes. Eventually they came back to the window to ask what we were waiting for, only to then tell us thatthey had run out of 2 of the items that we had already paid for. And then someone else came to ask the same question a fewminutes later. My baconator sandwich had heavy sauce near the edge and the sauce was spilling out, but then like half the burgerwas totally dry and void of sauce. Read more

Breakfast sandwich has a lot of egg and cheese and black pepper flavor, which I like. Seasoned potatoes are delicious with... added Wendy's chili seasoning or without. Read more
