Store is just flat out DIRTY! The cases covering the food were filthy & need attention. This certainly needs to be addressed,... however, this location has been going downhill for quite some time. Read more
I went here at 11am thinking it was a good time for a sandwich, boy was I wrong. She (the manager) yelled when I entered, I... thought she was yelling for someone in the back to help me, NOPE. I was the one getting yelled at for walking in at 11am bevauseshe was doing the bread. She told me I would have to wait 15 min. I said it's ok I'll walk to publix and get their sub. Shethrew down the bread, and was bad mouth mumbling under her breath while she sloppily threw it together. 4 other customers walkedin as my sandwich was being made and she lost it, yelling at everyone how she did not have time. Fast forward 3 weeks later,Igo back giving subway another chance. Same time, same place, the same exact same thing happened. The manager was throwing a fitat 11am before the lunch rush even started. Pay your employees more and hire new / more people. 10 an hour is not enough evenfor a 17 year old kid The owner should be ashamed . Read more
There?s a new manager and everything is back to normal. I?ve been a few times lately service and sandwich was good.
The salad was amazing. It could have had a little less oil & vinegar. Staff was incredibly nice.
Ordered 4 subs online for pickup. One was a chicken bacon ranch melt on Italian herbs and cheese. They forgot the ranch and... there was no cheese melted on it..smh.. thank god i have cheese here at the house and some ranch. I understand they can get busybut at least get the orders correct.
