Terrible service from not only this store but the other one too..this storenever delivered my pizzas and order not once but... twice and said they refunded me and I never got my money back one time..they never even called to tell me they messed up bothtimes..and that they were not coming with my familys food. I had to call and complain to the manager..then he told me I was rudeand hung up on me. Save your money and try somewhere else!! 5 topping pizza means 1piece of 5 toppings!! Absolutely minimal toppings. Called to... complain and was told they are instructed to use pre measured portions. Order Chipotle wings online and they sent me plain. Then I called multiple times to let them know my order was wrong and they... never answer the phone. Bad customer service I tip the driver and still was not satisfied unbelievable. Read more
Unbelievably awful service. We customized a pizza for a dietary restriction and received the incorrect pizza 3 times and the... staff stated that the pizza came with toppings that were not listed on the menu / app. Just terrible. Me and my girlfriend ordered a pizza and breadsticks from this place and it was the worst pizza and breadsticks I?ve ever eaten.... I love giving 5 star reviews but I couldn?t even eat one piece of either. Do better papa johns. Read more
Let me start by saying thank you to Austin, he made me feel like the customer matters. there was nothing wrong with the food, it... was the App. We do carryout for a couple of reasons I won't go into. We D/L the Papa Johns app and set up everything so allwe'll have to do is pick up the pizza. The app said "Making" then went to "Baking", but then it stopped updating, the app wasstuck on "Baking" when my pizza's were sitting on the shelf waiting to be picked up. My advice to anyone using the app forcarryout is CALL when you get there or pop your head in an ask, they are very friendly and Austin said that it normally takesless than 20 minutes to make and cook a pizza. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the team was. I ordered online for carry out and when I arrived, someone ... opened door for me on way in and on way out. The pizza was made correctly and was hot out the oven. Based on my experience Idefinitely would recommend this location as a great place to get pizza. Read more
