Horribly understaffed!! They always have a long line only 2 workers most of the time who are mostly young adults worked to the... bone for minimum wage of $10. Wrongfully fired an employee for one complaint of a ?messy sundae? when there was a line out thedoor and she was trying to serve customers as efficiently as possible. Great shop! The ice cream selection is very expensive and you can put whatever you want on your order. The scoops are very good... and you get a lot of tasty ice cream in either waffle cones or plastic cups of various sizes. I had a large group of kids andthe staff was very patient and attentive to their needs. Check them out of you're in the area! Read more

Very nice place to go for some homemade ice cream. They also have a nice selection of coffees, sweet treats, doughnuts and... gifts. The store is very clean and nicely decorated. And the staff seems very pleasant. We will definitely come back next timewe are in the area. Read more
