The sign says Open, but the door is locked.

Avoid this location. Management is useless and deceiving. Ordered via subway app and went to pick up my order, in which I was... told they were out of steak and forgot to call me. Said I would need to place a new order and that they would cancel my currentorder, but only a manager can cancel (and not working at the time). It's been 2 weeks and they still have not canceled my orderand keep getting the run around each time I call that the manager is not in but they would have them call me. After 4 attemptsand same answer, still not call from their manager. Tbh if it was for 1 hoagie and less than $10 I would let it go, but $20+not so much. Used to be a nice location but has went extremely downhill. Read more

A quarter of my order simply wasn't there when I picked up my food. Workers weren't wearing masks. Didn't stick around to see... how much worse it got. Not going to be returning to this location, that's for sure! Read more

The young kids working on 7-29-21 at 730pm were so miserable and rude to the family in front of us that they walked out and then... continued to be rude to my fiancé and brother in law and myself because we ordered 5 subs for 3 of us they had us write downwhat we wanted then snatched it out of my fiancé?s hands. I've always loved subway and I've never had an issue until now. Some rude woman literally put nothing on my sandwhich. It was... almost like she was being stingy and didn't want to use the ingredients. She gave me like 6 pieces total of turkey and like 10spinach leaves. I also got pickles (she put like 5 on) and the tomatoes were definitely not fresh because they were dark red andliquidy. She seemed like she hated her job and didn't wanna be there. Id like to say first that the food was good. The one star is for the service. The young snotty girl that was serving us rolled... her eyes not only at us but also at an elderly woman. She acted like she was very annoyed by having to serve us. If you don'tlike your job..you little snotty beeeotchthen go work somewhere else!
