I'm giving 5 stars because I absolutely love this location and they work so hard. That being said, I refuse to let one bad... experience ruin the rating I give. I got a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frap(my absolute favorite) but this time around there's noflavor to it. It basically tastes like water. I did notice that the girl who made it was clearly still learning so I won't sithere and bash her. I'm actually hoping she learns everything and only gets better because was so sweet. Read more

Inside Target store, convenient hours compared to many other Starbucks locations. Full menu of drinks and bakery are not... available but have enough options. Tried the Cappuccino and Strawberry crème Frappe and both tasted good as usual. Read more
The absolute worst. Some associates are nice but many make you feel like you're bothering them when you order. And literally... every single time I order something they don't have it. Last time I went they just didn't have Frappuccinos... of any kind. Andthey seemed to be so irritated that I even attempted to order one in the first place. I'm not sure who manages this location,but the staff might want to be less rude and maybe fire whoever is in charge of ordering supplies. Read more
It?s a Starbucks located at Target so more likely you?re not going to get great customer service compare to an actual Starbucks... location by itself. I think it?s also due to training. Staff are not given the right protocol when it comes to handlingcustomers Cons: - it?s a long line and wait time is horrible only due to being short staffed most of the time. It?s either justtwo or one that are on staff. I feel like they need a third or fourth to help out. - employees are rarely happy or dont reallygreet customer with a happy attitude. They just look miserable and really hate their job? - Run out of ice or machine isbroken. Rarely inventory on stock. - no straws are out in the open. Wish they added straws in the corner for customers. Wouldhave to wait another 5 minute to get a straw from an employee because of how busy they are. Straws are only available behindthe counter which of course you can?t access to it. They don?t really give you a straw if you order an ice beverage I don?t knowwhy that is?.
