Don?t know who the night shift is but the women hooked us up with the bacon on our sandwiches and the coffee is spectacular even... though it?s probably old espresso. There is only one person working counter. She is talking on her phone. Her phone call is more important than taking an order.... When she did finally decide to put her phone down, she had an attitude at the counter, completely disregarded my order andstarted to ring in what ever she felt like. Then proceeded to tell me the did not have frozen coffee drinks with hazelnut shots,it had to be strawberry or blueraspberry or the like. my dog got bit at the dog park today. so something to cheer him up i decided to call and kindly said ?hi do you guys have pup... cups?? and she started screaming and saying that the police are on there way, and to stop prank calling. Everything was burned, we trashed 80% of our order. Lousy service lousy food prep. Don?t waste your time or money here.
I been here many times and I never been more upset of what this employee did to my coffee. She disregarded what I asked to be... put in both coffees and when I told her to remake it she made it the same way and made the same mistakes.
