I was willing to get passed the rude person at the window that took my money.. but then I ordered an ice cream cone and I was... given ice cream in a cup with a cone on top facing down? Is this new? How am I supposed to eat the ice cream from the cup withno spoon? Also I ordered chicken nugget combo.. got two cheese burgers with fries????.?!?! Food was prepared well and came out hot. Service was very good and fast for a simple meal. Staff gave me cups the instant the... order came up so I could get my drink and sit down. By the time I was seated my food was ready. Best McDonald's in the area. Read more
They forgot the Spicy Chicken Sandwich for my friend who didn't catch it before driving off. The fries were hot and fresh.

Burger was really cold, kinda a weird experience. Normally they have heat lamps for burgers even when they?re pre-made to keep... them at least a little warm/room temp, but to bite into a burger and it was cold, something felt off ????. I don?t eatMcDonald?s too often, and this experience reinforces that -> not eating here too often is a wise choice. Read more
Ordered my daughter a 6 piece nugget happy meal from this location (Lowell AR). I?m always respectful to staff at restaurants... and this time was no different. We even complimented the drive thru worker for how quick and courteous he was over the speaker.Drove 35 minutes home for my daughter to open this!!! Who does this to a child? Read more
We ordered food & 2 drinks.Had us go to parking space to wait for order. A young man brought out the order, but, only food no... drinks. When I asked were the 2 drinks were he looked at me, dumbfounded? Said he would bring the 2 drinks, but never did. Myson had to go inside, waited at least 5 minutes. No apology received???? This type of service happens at this location 50% oftime! And there is never an apology??? Where were your employees raised?? Where is the Store Management?? YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!! Read more
