My favorite food truck of all time. Chicken and shrimp alfredo (spicy) is a weekly craving. Only downside is, the hours can be... inconsistent, and sometimes, the dish can be inconsistent too. The food is delicious 90% of the time, but more recently thanever, they get something wrong with my order (I ordered spicy and they gave me no spice. Happened twice back to back) or itlooks/taste different. On its day, this is the best Italian food in town. On a bad day, its still good, but you can tell whenits not at its peak. I would order ahead for its usually pretty busy and can take a long time if you order right there at thetruck. Read more

Food was okay, honestly not that great or as hyped up to be. Waited over 40min until I finally decided to go ask and was told my... food had been ready a while ago and they had paged me, but clearly the pager didn’t work because it never went off. The ladywas pretty rude about it even though it was on them. I just let her know it never beeped and took my order. They could’vecalled it out, or stepped outside. Instead they just had the order sitting there and assumed people will just walk up afterwaiting for so long. Ordered the Razorpasta and portion was small for the price. Wow! Best Italian food you will get in NWA! You can get with no spice or with spice. I typically get the veggie alfredito loco.... Just say no protein if you are vegetarian. Bread is out of this world too! Delicious! Read more

Oh, my!!! Delicious. Reasonably priced. Large portions. This is one food truck that I will definitely recommend and revisit ... again and again. The pic is of the Razorback pasta dish. It also can have some heat if you like it spicy hot. Read more
