Hands down the best experience at a subway ever the only bad thing is I had to drive 2500 miles from home. The staff hands down... are the sweetest people ever. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the Rockford Illinois area!! You won?tbe disappointed. Service was better than 5 stars ?? ???????? Customer service was pure trash, there was a worker named Karla that didn?t know how to correctly make a Spicy Italian sandwich.... She didn?t have a mask on while making my food AND coughed over my sandwich. (reminder we?re in a pandemic guys.) Therefore, Iwill not be a returning customer. Read more
It is a fairly typical subway shop. The food is generally consistent with other subways I've been in. Nothing real special but... good. For whatever reason the service seems to be a little slow lately. Incidentally within the last month or so they haveadded some kind of opaque coating to the drive-up window so you cannot see inside the store from the drive-up window. I'm notsure what that's about. Tasty, quick, inexpensive. Meatball sandwich is always good. Uncle Melvin really enjoyed himself.
They pick and choose which coupons they accept or modify to their own liking per owner. Lol
