Do not use the app. Usually fine experience here but last time we ordered two coffees a donut and mini-bagels and prepaid... through the app. When we arrived they said they were out of the food and told us we could get a refund through the app. I sawno way to do this and emailed for assistance. It's been three days and counting, past the promised 48 hours when I was told Iwould expect a reply. Dunkin should take ownership and correct an issue like this, not put it back on the customer to figureout. Read more

The lines are long which is good for business. I went in. They are trying to have everyone order on the kiosk. Okay... But not... everything on the menu is on the kiosk.... Which makes it difficult. So I had to ask to be helped by a person. She was very niceand helped me no problem. They were cranking out the orders working their tails off!! Dunkin donuts, I don't like notinteracting with the staff...I understand that they are busy with the drive thru.... But when you have a customer actually comein, isn't that important??? Read more
Now if I could give negative stars I would this place needs to fire everyone including the management and hire new staff. Have... talked to the manager several times and have contacted corporate but it changes for a short time. Usually we can't get ourcoffee order correct but when we do it's really good. This morning we placed our order and the order taker was very professionaland polite and the lady that took our payment was really polite. Pretty sure I got the wrong donut. Staff more interested in chit-chat than in greeting and serving customers. Drive-thru should... take a lesson from Culvers and hand out waiting numbers so "just coffee" orders don't get trapped in line by customers waitingfor food made-to-order.
