Husband and I ordered burger meals; fries were clearly old and had been sitting under heat lamp or something. My whopper was... disgusting. Barely warm. No cheese as I asked. No lettuce. No sauce. Very quick service. The restaurant was clean and presentable. Friendly staff and a very short wait time. Drive thru was way... busier than the lobby. My thought is that this location is a little tricky when it comes to restaurant traffic because it's setback and a little out of the way. Read more
Went out to lunch, didn't have much of a line or anything, waited 25 mins plus, there was only 2 people in the back, any food... they made sat out of the heat lamp, their fountain drink machine in the dining room didn't have the spigots attached to them atall. After waiting for 35 mins we find out that they had already made our food and given it to someone in the drive through, anddidn't even try to warn us. Absolutely the worst Burger King, ive ever been to. Employee was to lazy to take my order in the store, she said they were... really busy and to use the kiosk, i said id rather not use the kiosk, she said have a great day then. I left went to the drivethrough and when she handed me my food, i asked her "i thought you were super busy" and she spit in my face. I will never spendanother dime at burger king. Read more
Drive-thru. No one in line ahead of us. A few cars in the lot. Understandably short-staffed, but?it was five minutes before... we could give our order. Service was horrible and slow. We sat in the drive thru for 15 minute waiting for 2 chicken sandwiches and when we got them they... were not made how we asked. I do not recommend going to this Burger King. Staff there are bad at their jobs and extremely slow.They also forgot to give our card back after paying. Read more
