Long wait cold food. Generic bag ???? won't return to this location.
Got to this location at ten when they open and apparently the employee or managers didn?t come in early enough to actually get... the restaurant ready for operation. They had me wait over ten minutes before telling me I needed to wait for the fryer to warmup. If this is a normal issue maybe this location needs to find new management. I go to this location often and normallyeverything is is great but a restaurant needs to be ready when they open. Read more

Went in to pick up Door Dash order. No one acknowledged me. Eventually the manager came out and just said hi but didn?t ask what... I was there for and told him no one else did. He said since I was holding a Door Dash bag thru knew why I was there. Would havebeen nice to have been acknowledged. A good manager wails have said sorry. I?ve managed restaurants before including being anarea manager of 10 restaurants. One of the first things employees are trained on is to acknowledge the customer. I live a halfmile from this location and will tell everyone I know not go there. One hello would have made a major difference! Read more
