Yeah, you?re all right, neighbors. I take a cup of coffee several times a week from dunkin. Maineville, kings mills, Mason... Montgomery locations, one by 275 Montgomery exit all nice. And this Landen location went down the hill. I have not much tocomplain about morning shift, but lunch and dinner are untrained and unprofessional. I always do mobile order 10-15 minutes inadvance cuz I know it?s never ready for pickup at this Landen location. But today it was crazy lol. I came 10 minutes after Iplaced the order at 2.45pm. 2 young guys and 1 young lady(team lead) working behind the counter, 1 car in drive thru, no othercustomers. Waiting for another 2-3 minutes and young guy hand me a cup of cappuccino that someone ordered in drive thru. I gaveit back to him and said that?s not mine. I said I?m waiting for americano. He just noticed and torn a ticket from mobileordering machine. I told him I placed my order 15 minutes ago. Then the young lady turned around and said ?you see we are shortstaffed, it?s three of us here, if you want to get your coffee sooner, you can come around the counter and do it yourself. Don?ttry to rush us, find another location???! Really?? Lol! It seems like those two young workers were shocked too by her responseto me. Then she turned to one of them and said ?I have a right to not to serve him? and hide in the kitchen around the corner.Wow haha! I asked the guy where is the manager? His reply was ?No manager in store now, she?s leaving at noon and her name isCarrie(?)?. I said I need to know that young lady?s name and last name to make a complaint. He told me he doesn?t know hername(what?don?t you work together?) and went to ask for her name. Then the young lady came back and told me ?I?m a manager now.What?s your question?? I understand staff shortages, but this time was unacceptable. The associate had trouble placing the order which I had no issues... with but was starting to swear under his breath out of frustration. Then continued to curse to another person in the room whoseemed like another employee sitting in the lobby. I asked for a straw because they were out and the associate jumped over thecounter to get it. There were 4 drinks on the counter that were never picked up and all the ice was melted. The guys working today were very unprofessional. They tried to hand me the wrong drink at first and then the stuff they did give... me tasted horrible and my doughnuts weren't even in the bag it was an egg on a piece of bread. Over the past two months the service and quality of the coffee has plummeted. You sit in line for 30 minutes for cold coffee.... The teenagers are more worried about goofing off in the dining room than helping the 1 person actually working.
