Out of forks yet the have no problem selling you chili or frosty that need them. When I asked the manager was smart about it and... said yep kinda hard to eat it with out a spoon. This is the second time we have been to this location and service was horribleif you want Wendy?s go to the other one much better. Read more
Customer Service done right. I won't deny it, a week and a half ago my father and I went to Wendy's late at night to try the... new Biggie Bags. We were very dissappointed in receiving cold, dry food. However, when we went back, the wonderful staff theremade it up and then some. We got entirely new meals, piping hot, and we got to try the new Strawberry Frosty! (Which wasdelicious of course, I highly recommend it.) While there's always a chance for food service to make mistakes late at night,this Wendy's really knows how to treat the customer right. I'm very happy with my experience and will happily eat there again. Read more

I came in Friday for lunch around noon. The customer service by the young man at the register was awesome! The food came out... fast and hot. The burger was great, fries were fresh and the potato was perfect. The food at this Wendy?s seems better thanothers for some reason. Awesome job for fast food. Read more
Their catsup pot had food poisoning in it. I was sick all night last night, never again.
