Online and on the door it says it closes at 9:30pm. When I got there at 9pm the lights were on, but the door was locked.... Apparently they don't go by their actual hours. Read more
closed at 8:30p when the sign says they close at 9p. she was rushing through saying shes closing, which i would find justified... if they closed at the posted times. either the posted times need to be changed, have a sign on the door saying youre closingearly, or dont have your employees close the store when it should be open. This is the worst Subway to visit. I ordered a meatball sandwich, the bread was half baked and my sandwich fell apart from all... the sauce this girl put on my sandwich. I left a comment about it and received an email from Arielle Ramos, supposedly theowner. She apologized to me but never refunded my order. I literally had to throw away my food, it was disgusting and vowed tonever visit Subway again. DO NOT EAT at this Subway location! Read more
Got the new buffalo chicken sandwich and the chicken was cold. I don't think the oven was working. Customer service was good... tho. Update. Went there today and got a wrap. Wrap pricing is displayed 7.99 but got charged 9.09. when I asked why the pricewas different they began to tell me it's because the steak and cheese is more expensive. I didn't even get steak and cheese. Gotthe chicken. They wouldn't honor the 7.99 price and charged me more for product I didn't get. Watch out for this place, theywill charge you for a sandwich you never ordered. Read more
The facility itself has a convenient drive through, and is very clean and well kept. A gas station with pretty cool $1 drinks is... attached internally to the store. My girlfriend works here and makes the best sandwiches. They are always very fresh and theingredients are delicious. She is a true sandwich artist. Read more
Went through the drive-thru and had a terrible experience. Ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 kids meal. 1 car ahead of me was already... waiting at the window to receive food before I ordered mine. Waited 20 mins for the first car to get their food (don't know howlong they waited total) waited over 30 mins for my food in that time 2 cars who ordered behind me had ordered, waited as long asthey could, and left before being able to receive their food. When I did receive my order it was incorrect they had not givenall the items I ordered and paid for. Immediately after checking the order not moving in line had told the person working theydid not give us everything and they argued they had put it all in the bag and said I ordered something different. The receiptreflected what I had ordered correctly and gave him the whole bag to show me where the items he claimed were and he realized hewas wrong and never put them in the bag. Gave us the correct items and that was it. Would not reccomend going to this Subway forthis kind of treatment. After getting home (see photo) to eat I got a mouth full of bread, one of the worst subway sandwichesI've ever had extreamly disappointed in this subway for my whole experience from the food to the service and never offering tomake it right. Great new sandwiches. Friendly and fast staff. It was free 6 inch day. Nice treat.
