I wanna give them a good rating but with the staff issues they've had for months now, and seeing as how I got sick twice from... here I can't give a good review. Also, the ordering screens have had issues for months. I know they're is an issue with orderingthe screens, but it still makes for issues when trying to order. The owner is very nice and I hope he is able to fix theseissues because I like Sonic. Especially the half price drinks if you use the app. Read more

This location is short staffed, but still consistently give good customer service and get the food out pretty quick. It isn't... soggy and gross like it was sitting there forever either. You do have to go through the drive thru as they are short staffed,but it is worth it. Read more

Just got food here. Signs everywhere that say to be kind to the people that serve you which I totally respect but what about a... sign that says to be kind to your customers? I get working in fast food can easily ruin some employees day but I was more thankind even after waiting. Opening the window and first time said is my total. What about hello or hi. Some sort of greeting. Thenhanding me my drinks was more of a push and rush vs handing over. Then after waiting so long to get my food again no kind thingto say. No have a good day or something just .... Handing my bag of food and a Here you go as your closing the window. I thinkeveryone needs to go through customer service and etiquette training. Read more

Totally understand the wait times/frustrations of the limited amount of employees and stress they lash out to their customers at... this location lately, I?ve had a few times I left not the happiest, but I keep coming back because Sonics App has greatdeals-mainly half price drinks whenever I want and this location is just in the middle of where I tend to be. Last time I camefor actual food+drinks and left SO satisfied and impressed with this stop, I ordered our food on the app-picked up through drivethrough because all their stalls & ordering stations were down which isn?t their fault entirely and I knew the staff was limitedinside but they threw my order together so fast and it was probably the best my food has ever been from Sonic. Gotta give thisrestaurant the benefit of the doubt that they?re struggling and have been but they are doing what they can and keeping theirrestaurant up and alive. Thanks guys! Used to come to this location once or twice a week, but the quality of food and service has plummeted fast. ?Management? (if... there is any management here, hard to tell) should be fired. How is a food service location able to operate without straws,napkins, and 25% of the menu items for over a month? And why has the owner not stepped in to fix these issues, or simply bittenthe bullet and closed their location until they can provide service that isn?t embarrassing? I don?t know how they are still inbusiness and it feels like the location is dying. I understand they are short staffed?hard not to with all the signs tellingcustomers to expect ?up to a 20 minute wait?? but no other fast food location in Loveland seems to be having the same issues tothe same extent. That is a management issue, plain and simple. It is hard to hire right now but it isn?t impossible. Figure itout Sonic, or most of your customers won?t be back when this ?rough patch? is over. Took roughly 15 minutes to get ahold of someone to order. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Only two or three employees -... total we spent about 1 hour waiting. Couldn't order milkshakes through them - had to use the app...overall not the bestexperience I've had at Sonic. Super unfortunate because I used to come here often. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I stopped by on my lunch to get a bite. To start off the person taking the order was rude tho... her tone changed when she needed to ask me to repeat myself 5 times because she couldn?t hear me I wanted to upgrade my drinksize but before I could say anything she asked is that all very rudely. I just said yes. When the food came out the persondelivering which I feel may have been the same person taking the order was also rude asking me for payment again when I thoughtI had paid. than saying it didn?t go thru very annoyed. So I gave her my card when bringing it back she already had the receipthalfway crumpled before asking if I wanted it. I said yes I do and she shoved it in my hand. On my way back to work I went tograb a tater tot and what do you know it was cold like it had been sitting there for a while . Always hated the service Ireceived from sonic have not been there for 2 years and why I decided to go back I?m not sure. But definitely will not go back.I tried calling the number listed on the receipt to ask for a refund and would return the cold food but no one answer I did nothave time nor the patience to go back and deal with them. After getting to work and attempting to look for my straw to at leastenjoy my drink .. realized there was no straw . It all went straight to the trash. What of waste of time and money. Read more

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. I know this location has been going downhill anyway but it had been a while since I... had any issues with them so figured I'd give them another shot, boy was I being way too generous. Got there about 30 minutesbefore closing, there was one car getting their stuff from the drive through (saw the employee handing the drinks out throughthe window), I went around and parked by the door at one of the stalls. I hit the red button to order and waited well over 10minutes. Absolutely no response from the employees (I saw at least 3). I've worked at a Sonic before and know damn well thatwhen someone presses the red buttons at the stalls, it sounds an alarm type noise inside to alert the employees someone istrying to order. So it makes me wonder if they had the volume turned way down so they didn't have to do their job. The employeelooked dumbfounded that someone was there in the parking lot when I decided I had enough and left. I will never be going back. Iwill give my business to places that actually want the money. Read more
