The ambiance and atmosphere of the place drew us in, but we were unfortunately disappointed with the entire experience. Our food... was subpar at best, and the service was barely present at all once we sat down. I wanted to give our server the benefit of thedoubt because of how sweet she was, but it seemed like she was more familiar with working the movie theater side of theestablishment as opposed to the dining area. We ordered a hot chocolate; don?t recommend consuming that whatsoever. Then we alsotried out their interpretation of poutine which left much to be desired. It was the strangest (yet tasteless) flavor ofundercooked fries that I have ever encountered before, and they put pulled pork on top that was unexpectedly sweet andinexcusably fatty. They forgot the queso on top? once we asked for it afterwards on the side, it made it somewhat edible.Overall, we both felt violated by the food we consumed but appreciated the staff?s efforts. Descent food and they happily corrected the order Wish they still offered service at the seats though as salads didn't come... with forks and my sons food was incorrect, meaning I had to leave the theater to correct it. Fantastic! We did an online order for delivery, and it came exactly as ordered. The food was on time and hot, it traveled well,... and everything was very flavorful. Unfortunately, we didn't have the self control to stop and take a picture before we ate, butmaybe next time! Read more

Had eaten here previously and had a good experience. Came back for some friends on a Friday evening to eat on their porch. We... arrived about 7 PM. Ordered some drinks and food, and an appetizer. Drinks came out reasonably quickly. Almost an hour laterour food and appetizer showed up. All of it was barely warm like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. We were basically toldthat we needed to kind of hurry and eat because they were closing the restaurant up... This is not an expensive place, itspriced for a dine out occasion and probably would taste great if it was served when it was made rather than half an hour or morelater under a heat lamp. Read more

I am a frequent customer of scripted and am always very happy with my service. Jen the head chef is always busting her butt,... taking on shifts like bartending, serving, and hosting even though they are not her job. Never once have I been here and notbeen pleased with my food. Took a long time for service even though there was only one other group in the dining area. No orders were written so new... bartender forgot one of our drinks and had to tell her after the rest of our group had their drinks already. The multiplemanagers and chef just walked around looking like they were doing nothing, on phones, talking etc. While new girl wasbartending, taking food orders, hosting, and running movie ticket kiosk, as well as ringing up tabs. Cowboy brisket was the driest dish I've ever seen. The brisket had a silvery/metallic sheen to it that I did not realize meat... could acquire. Surprisingly, the only thing on the plate with any moisture was the beans. Not sure what happened to the staff orpantry from before the shutdown to after, but would recommend any other place to eat until things normalize. Read more

We went here midday and it was slow. Our waitress was a sweetheart and all seemed normal. We ordered the pork belly sandwiches... unfortunately it was the most disgusting food we have ever had. I realize pork belly is fatty, but there was no meat. It wasalso flavorless. The sweet potatoe fries and the bbq bbq chips were both extremely salty. We did enjoy fried pickles. We bothbecame ill from the other food. couldnt eat our sandwich and both of us spent way too much time in the bathroom later. Read more
