Overall, very disappointing. I’ve been to other Rock Bottom locations and had good experiences, but today was not good. We... went for a quick lunch at 1pm on a Saturday and there was a 15 min wait which was expected and fine with us. Once we were seatedwe waited another 10 mins to place a drink order - which again, was fine. It was busy and the server had other tables so weunderstood why there was a slight wait to order. Once we ordered (fried chicken sandwich and a side of waffle fries) we waitedroughly 45 mins. When the food arrived it looked okay but not great. The bun was pretty badly toasted and the chicken itselfwas barely warm. The fries were a mixture of hot and cold which is less than ideal. I don’t know about this place. Iwouldn’t recommend the food, but their drinks and beer are probably good. Save your money and check out another place ifyou’re looking an affordable lunch or a good meal. Read more

We went here recently for dinner for my brother being back in town against my better judgement because of poor experiences in... the past, but I figured maybe things have changed. They definitely haven't, at all. We started out with a few appetizers. Weordered the pretzel sticks which were actually really good, surprisingly. The second item was the loaded waffle fries whichturned out to be a massive let down. They were over cooked and way too crispy and they barely had any toppings on them to coatmore than half the fries. The only topping it did have enough of was the ridiculous amount of jalapeños thrown on top. For themain course I ordered the Twisted Tenders thinking there's no way a restaurant can mess up chicken tenders, again, I was sadlymistaken. I ordered it with a side of Mac n Cheese which never came out, instead the dish came with more disappointing wafflefries. The tenders themselves were so tiny and mostly burnt. A side note, their Dr. Assburn sauce tasted like it was ketchupmixed with some Tabasco, not hot or tasteful at all. Overall, I wish I could say something good about Rock Bottom, butunfortunately there's nothing good to say. Horrible experience. Only reason we went there is that we love their nachos. We totally understand that they are short staffed,... so we knew we were going to have to wait. Little did we know that they didn't make any chips, or not enough, so no nachos. Boothbehind us had same thing happen, was told "out of chips", after they already ordered. We had already got our drinks, so Ioffered to pay for them, thinking the waitress would say don't worry about it, but she didn't, so had to pay for drinks, with nofood to show for it. Have had good experiences in the past, but this one has got me thinking if we should ever goback? 7/15/22...Went back, not sure why. Our food took forever to get (30 minutes) we ordered the nachos again, and half of ourchips were burnt, didn't get the sour cream, had to ask our waitress for it. Prices here have skyrocketed. Very much enjoyed Rock Bottom. Have been before but don't remember the occasion. This time it was quite memorable. From the... server to the the meal and beverage the total package was an excellent experience. Side note for all the nerds out there,presently there is a beer "Vader Beer" that has the Sith Code as it's description at Rock Bottom. Logically, I had to order it.Quite good that. I recommend. Trevor was fantastic, the experience was much better than when I had been pre covid. The recent menu updates include some fresh... food options. The menu is smaller than expected and includes about 30% fresh food options like salads and bowls, with themajority bar food. The kids menu offers good variety at reasonable prices. During peak times staffing can run short and serviceand kitchen responsiveness slows. The bar is great if you like beer and a casual slow meal. Families will do better to sit onthe dining room side. Malakai, our server was a 5 ?! Great customer service! But the food ????. We order two appetizers, beets and Nachos. We... thought the beets would be a treat. It tasted and looked like they just sliced it and laid it in a dish, with slices ofjalapenos. The nachos with chicken. Very skimpy on the chicken AND cheese. How disappointing!
