I had the best experience here, bottomless everything pretty much and they never leave you with an empty cup or basket. Food was... AMAZING and didn't take long to come out. My wife and I frequent this location 12-15 times a year. We have always had excellent service and great food,but there?s always... an exception and tonight was the night. Our server wasn?t the usual high standard you get at this Red Robin,forgettingsauces,leaving piles of plates and trash in our way while we still had food coming out. We were at a small two persontable,couldn?t miss it. I was drinking a bottomless lemonade,which sat there empty for over thirty minutes,on the edge of ourtable. The bottomless fries were scarce,and the server forgot to bring out our salad ,campfire sauce and salad dressing. Weordered boneless wings to go,got home and half of them had bones still in them. We ordered catering for our company's safety week. The process was beyond easy. I simply called to verify there was enough time... to prep for 170 burger boxes, placed the order online with a week's notice. They showed up right on time and were super friendlyand helpful setting up in our lumber yard. The food taste and presentation was 10/10. I would highly recommend this for anycatering event. We love Red Robin normally, but I don?t know what was happening in the kitchen today, our waiter brought us some spoiled ranch... with some old nasty fries. We told the waiter about the ranch he brought fresh ones. So then our fondu burgers came out withsome playdoe looking cheese dip. Everything was gross the waiter never came back to check on us. The burgers even tasted bland.We will not be coming back to this Loveland location again. We?ll literally drive extra few miles to Fort Collins if this is howtheir service is now. Read more

Update: We were seated at a booth in the bar area for the last couple times now, and I'm going to keep requesting this section... every time ongoing. Amanda, the daytime bar area server was awesome and has been awesome the last three times we've been there.We've made it a weekly habit every Wednesday around noon mainly because of her and her fantastic service and warm, happy, andinviting nature. Food quality is consistent and flavorful, and served hot and fresh. Daygon provided an excellent customer experience with a... smile. Restaurant is clean and trying to adhere to Covid cleanliness standards with frequent disinfecting and cleaningfrequently.
