Cassidy - Manager on Duty could care less about anything but her phone. When there is only 2 customers (including myself) I... should not have to ask for a refill. I understand the caliber of clientel is not the best, so deal with it or move on. Read more

We stayed at the Best Western in Loveland Colorado. After a long day we decided to have dinner at Monroe's, the restaurant in... the hotel and we were very surprised how good the food was. We will stop in again when we are in the area. Read more

Good place to eat. Awesome bartender/server, Michelle. We'd go back just to chat with her again.

Monroe's is a hidden gem. My wife and myself has lived in Loveland now for about 6 years and we love eating out in new,... different and unique restaurants in our area. For some reason, we always forget about Monroe's. That's because it's in theBest Western Plus off of Hwy 34 and I-25. So this past Saturday night after I got off from work, I suggested that we go out andtry Monroe's for the 1st time. We knew they usually had nightly specials. Saturday was Surf & Turf Night. Plus, it wasKaraoke Night. When we arrived, all you had to do is walk into the front door of the Best Western Plus and the entrance forMonroe's is directly to the right. Once inside we noticed the atmosphere was a cozy, pleasant and elegant. There was agentleman playing a guitar and singing some nice relaxing music. Even though you'll have to seat yourself. We were greeted andwelcomed as soon as we sat down. We were explained the nights specials and drinks. Our Waitress/Server Tammie was veryknowledgeable of the menu and what it offers. We asked about several items and entrees on the menu and she gave us some goodsuggestions. So, my wife got the Saturday Surf & Turf Special (which comes with a 8oz Ribeye & 4oz Lobster Tail) She choosesauteed asparagus and their House made Beer Cheese Soup as her 2 sides. And I got the Colorado Ribeye, it's a 12oz USDA ChoiceSteak topped with blue cheese, sauteed onions and mushrooms and veggies. I choose the sauteed green beans and the house madeChili with no beans. While we waited for our main course, my wife ordered the Bacon Bloody Mary and I ordered the Lush Lifedrinks. They were quite tasty and "On Hit". Kudo's to Matt, our Bartender. Then came out our soups. Oh My Goodness! TheBeer Cheese Soup and the Chili was "Da Bomb Diggity Delicious"! WOW! We would order those next time as a main course with wecould in bigger bowls. We couldn't stop raving over them. Also while I was waiting for our entrees after I finished my Lu Read more
