Food was good, service a little slow but could have been busy as it was about 530pm. They were out of the new adult happy meal... box but it's ok, was more curious than really needing it. Fries were fresh and sandwiches cooked. Read more

Sat in the drive thru line for several minutes, line didn't move. Golly, ALL fast food just sucks now. Especially this... McD's This place sucks. I'm done with fast food. Inflation has ruined its quality. Read more

Sunday, July 24, 11:45 AM: Went inside to order at the Foxtail Dr. location because there were 3-4 cars in the drive-thru. There... was no line inside, in fact, I was the only customer in there. A lady with black hair in a low bun walked up to the register andin an annoyed demeanor said she'd be with me in just a moment. I said, "no problem!" She then proceeded to continue filling andtaking drive-thru orders. Over the next 5-6 minutes, she filled at least 4 drive-thru orders and took another 3-4 orders. Shenever came back to the front register to take my order. She even walked near the front register a few times to grab somethinglike lids or other items she needed to fulfill the drive thru orders. She was not-so-subtly avoiding eye-contact and sometimesshe would make eye contact with me - but it looked more like a dirty glare than anything else. Anyways, I ended up leaving afterabout 7 minutes total of being completely ignored by her and 3 of her co-workers. Really terrible service. Really mean and rudeemployees. If anyone wants to feel invisible, just go inside this McDonald's and walk up to any of the registers. Just make sureto not go hungry; you're not gonna get any food. Read more

Show up to one person in the drive thru lane to be told that they will be with us when they can... finally order, get home to... find out that they forgot to make half my Big Mac... they seriously need new management and employees!! Read more

Lazy. They don't open this play area not because of health risk. It's because management is lazy! I feel sorry for the kids.... Plus mgmt would lose their meeting and escape space. She likes to hold meetings and feel important in there. Read more

Nice staff. play area is closed.... McDonald's acts like they have lifeguards on duty for these areas. Chick-fil-A has had... theirs open again for almost a year, best to find somewhere else that is kid friendly. Read more

This location is an absolute joke. I have had multiple bad experiences here, and have tried to give it a second chance, but... there is absolutely no hope for the employees here. The customer service is terrible, the employees are rude, the employeesdon?t use the McDonalds App, and my order is wrong every single time. I have overpaid at this restaurant more than I haveanywhere else. For example, I ordered a MEDIUM iced caramel macchiato, and I was given a SMALL. I tried to let the employee knowit was a small, and she said, ?no it?s not.? See picture below for clear representation of the highlighted small size. Won?t bereturning to this scam of a location.
