Update on 6/30/22- it has been 10 months since my negative review. Nothing has changed. I walked in this morning and the kitchen... is closed. No food or breakfast. It has been nearly 2.5 years and you need to figure out how to operate a gas station in a COVIDworld. I agree with all the other recent reviews. K&G used to be great but now they haven't had hot food in months and forsome reason can't even keep packaged stuff in stock. Read more
Just left this location and wow..cashiers made no effort to greet my husband or me as we approached the counter just profanity... left and right as they talked about personal life drama. They made no eye contact with us just kept up with the conversation,guess that is more important than your job. The workers tonight have horrendous customer service skills and probably shouldn'tbe employed. Definitely will not return, hopefully a secret shopper sees this ridiculous behavior. Read more
I went to this Kum n Go location early this morning and found rude notices on the pumps outside stating: Masks are required... inside if you don't have a mask on you will not be served...what? This is not a state law it's a simple County mandate. Thereis no reason why your unprofessional management to treat customers in this degree whatsoever! I will never be back to this Kumn Go ever again. There are plenty of gas station/convenience stores in the area which I'm sure they would love to have mybusiness! Without the rules and regulations! Tried stopping by the store at 7 a.m. to get coffee and apparently the entire store was closed. I've never in my life seen a Kum... & Go completely shut down without giving a reason. Three employees stood there while they watch me walk to the door and try andopen it and see that it was closed by the sign and they didn't say anything to me until I looked at him and said the store isclosed and they said yep and got in their cars and left Read more
This place is a joke. Went in at 530am and ZERO breakfast items were made. So I thought I would get some donuts instead the the... case was pretty empty. I bought two donuts and took one bite and realized they were from the previous day because they were hardas a rock. This chain sucks and doesn?t even compare to the quality QT has to offer. The employees are fantastic and friendly, the facility itself is clean and nice to be in but the tendency for semi trucks to... block traffic and multiple pumps make it impossible to navigate and a risk to your insurance premiums if you try. They have lostmy business multiple times due to this one issue. Read more
