Rudest people ever that work there. Just nasty! I?ve experienced this before, but was having my car serviced nextdoor, so I... thought I?d wait there and get breakfast. This morning the lobby was locked, no sign saying so. I tried calling, no answer.Walked around to drive thru window and the old woman with the nasty attitude had the nerve to tell me I couldn?t walk up to thedrive thru window. She claims she?s there alone working, that?s why the lobby is locked. If that?s the case and they can?t getdecent help, they should just close the store - forever! I?ll never go back! Read more
When you drive up you're really don't know how clean the restaurant is. I decided to walk in and I was impressed with the... cleanliness. I did compliment the manager. The food was made to perfection as the ???? and ???? were the perfect temperature. Read more
Went through drive through 8/6/2022 around 8pm. The drive through was quick and the workers were very nice, quick and helpful.... Order was correct and hot. Straws were forgotten but probably better for the planet anyway. Read more
**** DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE **** This place is never open at night anymore. They seem to close whenever they want.... I've come by at 9pm , 10pm and 11pm and all times in between and they either don't respond to the drive thru speaker or have anexcuse for needing to close early. Can't believe a GM or Corporate doesn't find out. All my friends and family now justautomatically go to the one all the way down on Eisenhower even though we live up north. Read more
My husband stopped in yesterday around noon, ordered a fish sandwich and 8 hours later ended up with food poisoning! Is it... really that hard to cook fast food properly and with items that aren't expired!? (It's not just this one that we have had issueswith, so please be cautious of the burger king's in town, they don't always cook the food properly almost all employees workingdon't care and act like their job is so hard to do!) Used to be a good location, but going downhill fast. Had several issues in the last month. I asked for a refund for my cold... (not even room temp) food today and was told that was not possible. I asked them to remake it instead and was informed whengiven attempt #2 that they "threw it in the microwave to make sure it was extra hot". Flame-broiled goodness. My burger wasindeed hot, but they had forgotten to give me my fries. Won't be back again. Read more
We walked in to this very busy place after a group of construction workers today. There were three staff members handling drive... through, cooking and counter. They were amazing to watch as they efficiently took care of everyone in a timely manner. Thestress I am sure was rough but these ladies were friendly, courteous and fast. I wanted to send out a thumbs up for their greatwork. The only reason I didn't give it a five rating is there was no ice. But they did not have time to refill. Great jobladies. Read more
Just wow. Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes. No one home? Drove around hours say they close at 10 door was locked at 7:40.... Looks like they hire homeless people by the Guy working the drive thru. "Employee" up front gave me a blank stare and shrugged.Waste of my time don't bother spending your money here I know I won't. Read more
