Well, I don't hink I've ever given a bad review online before but I had a very disappointing trip to your location in loveland... today. The staff was friendly, specifically the young lady that made my order. However, there is a serious lack of traininggoing on because she made my chocolate malt milkshake with ICE! No milk! Ice! And she made me a banana split, no sauces, nonuts! 3 scoops of ice cream a banana split in half and whip cream and cherry, which she asked if I wanted!? Huh? I was soexcited to go there and came home so underwhelmed and disappointed. The place as a whole has been great so I gave it 3 startsinstead of 1 but cmon people! Read more
today was a nice day to go and get an ice cream we decide to go as a family to Baskin Robbins in here and Loveland for some... reason or another today?s experience was different than all the other times we?ve been there the ice cream did not taste songand we made a comment to the employees and staff they did not know how to respond so we decided to simply dispose of the paidice cream and go take her business elsewhere because of the lack of customer service I called afterwards and asked to speak to amanager no manager was at the store so I left him my information and asked him if somebody could call me back and see if I couldget a refund for the purchase I was told that I would not get a refund just left a bad taste there for this review deserves 0 Read more

Yummy... I've been a fan of Baskin-Robins for a long time because most of their ice creams don't contain egg. They also have a... few vegan options which was nice. Read more
See, I love coming here and discovering new flavors. But today just seemed off. She girl who was helping us has a major... attitude, as soon as she took my siblings ordered, she immediately rolled her eyes and sighed. Thus the 3 stars. I'm not one toput up with a bad attitude at all. Sad to see a family friendly place be so unfriendly. The customer ahead of us was nicer andmore welcoming. Read more
Employee was super rude. I didn't get both cookies that come with the warm cookie sundae. (1 scoop, 2 cookies, toppings) It's a... pretty expensive treat so when I didn't receive both cookies I asked for the other. Just wanted what I paid for. The employeeclearly didn't know the menu and was rude about it. Even after she looked back at the menu and read it with me she insisted thatit didn't come with another cookie.... Even though it said it RIGHT THERE on the board. It was super uncomfortable. I didfinally get that cookie and went and ate my icecream with my children. BUT it all could have been easily avoided by properlytrained staff. Read more
Love this place, always have anywhere i go in the U.S.A. This particular location has a very poor atmosphere though. It is on... the corner in a very busy shopping plaza. I have a toddler so things like this are significant to me. When you come here youroptions after purchase are sit in the store, out on the corner in the heat or get in your car and leave, which makes my visitsa whole lot more seldom than they would be with a young child. They have excellent ice cream and i hate to be negative but I'mproviding my honest opinion. Read more
Always delicious but their comes are always broken under or stuck to the paper wrap and either leaks, breaks more, or you have... to sacrifice come unless you like ingesting paper and glue. This, no 5 star rating. Read more
