Throughout the end of the process of things sorry to say the food was very disappointing this evening. The first Burger that... came out was overdone and dry, sent that one back and the second one that came out was almost just as bad. Ribs were tender and yummy. Limited time blackened salmon was perfectly cooked. Salad fresh &love the French onion soup .... Relaxed atmosphere,friendly quick service . Recently went for lunch and best ever I've seen Applebee's in while.Couldnt believehow fast we got food and waitress was awesome. Bravo Applebee's for great lunch experience. Read more
Go out to eat a few times a week. I have never been disappointed here. Recently I have been EXTREMELY disappointed in local... chain restaurants. Buffalo wild wings and Old Chicago both recently had horrible food and only one server in the entirerestaurant ( the bartender ). Both restaurants were almost empty at time of dining, now I understand why. At Applebee's onceagain tonight ( Saturday) and the place is packed. Our server was extremely attentive and the food as always was very hot andgood. The manager is walking around and talking with guest as well as behind the bar helping with drinks and bringing food. Thisplace is very well organized and on top of things in a time where many other corporate restaurants are going under. Good jobcrew! Read more
So I ordered four meals today. 2 kids meals and two entrees. I placed my order around 4 pm and scheduled it to be picked up by... me at 5. I get to the store at 4:59 and call to let them know I'm here. They said they were just boxing up my food. Well 5:20rolls around and the girl finally brings out my food. I usually tip cash based on timelines and proper order. Well no tip today.I get food home and everything is lukewarm( I live less than 5 min away) plus I find out they forgot one of the sides for anentree. So I call and tell them I'm missing food and the manager says they'll take care of it if I want to come back. He wasnice and polite. So I go back to the store and it again takes them another 15 just to bring out a side dish that should havebeen ready when I got there. Total failure by the carside togo staff. If you want to eat here, go inside, don't order and expectanything but mediocrity. Read more
Our server, Holly (W. I believe), was absolutely amazing.The service went above and beyond! Me and my family were thoroughly... impressed with our dine in experience tonight. Holly gave us refills whenever our drinks got empty even though she was very busywith other tables, she removed dishes we weren?t using to make sure our table wasn?t cluttered and checked on us very often tomake sure things were going smoothly. She even brought us a to go box for my sibling and offered it to us before we had to askfor it!! My grandmother was very impressed when Holly remembered to bring out a sauce she had requested with our entréeswithout even having to be reminded. Holly is an amazing and hard worker who deserves a management promotion if she would likeit! Every restaurant could benefit with a worker like Holly 10/10? Good job hiring her Applebee?s :) Read more
4a Corp. Place it's Def. Hands down 1of the BEST Spots 2enjoy ur Fav. Foods & my last visit was such a GREAT TIME for Going Out... 4Sat Night Dinner w/Fiance????! While simple it was a perfect evening 4us both.... Lol my cra cra order was no issue (unlike itis usually 4me) as they're very willing 2mix n match ur meal however ya prefer last time I had huge Ribeye on a huge Caesarsalad with a bunch of other stuff that would take too long to type LOL, but it was no problem, and extremely affordable as it isnot something actually on the menu I wasn't sure if they would even do it, and how much they would charge for it, but again Iwas extremely impressed with the amazing service as well as the delicious steak- truly it was such a wonderful evening out aslike most people it's been a while since eating inside a restaurant and it was awesome to enjoy the atmosphere, and greatscene????!!! My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful dinner tonight! Everything was super hot and fresh, the staff we're very friendly... and welcoming, and they definitely kept the restaurant clean! We will be adding Applebee's back onto our restaurant selectionmenu for date night! Read more
Very nice staffs and good customer service. I would give extra star if my steak wasn't over cooked and I don't think it was 12oz... because it was kinda thin (that's probably why it was overcooked). The manager talked to me nicely which I appreciate it.Wouldn't order the same steak though. Read more
