As good as they come as far as 7-Elevens go it's the first class of the gas station universe around here- although they could be... introduced to the idea of bogos considering other 7-Elevens in town have the buy 2 for $4deals... Jjs Read more

Sadly, after coming to the store for a couple of years now I will never return because of the way I was treated by their... customer service clerk, Susan. My car is covered in gasoline because the gas pump overflowed and did not automatically shut offas it should. When I went in the store to report the spill to the manager, Susan proceeded to berate me for sitting in my carwhile fueling even though it?s only 20° outside. She continued to stomp around the store, yell at me, challenge me, and hitthings. I just can?t believe her behavior. I felt threatened and the entire encounter was actually very frightening. One morenote. I waited in the parking lot for another 15 minutes and NO ONE from the store came out with a material to soak up thespilled gasoline. Read more

We won't give them our business any longer. Throughout COVID, they've blatantly ignored county mandates, never enforce mask... wearing, and the staff themselves either don't wear them or have them hanging on their chin. We had to run in there for a quickitem and when asked why they weren't following the county mandate, we were told, "We don't really believe masks work." Interesting since it has zero to do with what the 7-11 clerk selling cigarettes thinks about it. I'll be contacting theircorporate offices and reporting to the county. Read more

I live not to far from this gas station, so i come by quite a lot. They have very respectable and friendly staff. And all the... goods they sell here are great, i always find myself stopping in while getting gas to pick up some snacks. Overall it's never abad experience. Read more

Honestly, this is one of the best has stations I've been to in a while. My husband and I are regulars here for two reasons: it's... close to our house and the employees here are exceptional. Really, I'm surprised they've gotten any bad reviews in regards tocustomer service, since the only experience I had that wasn't exceptional was still not negative. Every single employee is kindand great to talk to. I actually have high social anxiety, but they are so easy to talk to that it puts me completely at ease, and it feels more like talking to friends than employees at a store. I really appreciate that they are like that, especiallysince good customer service is hard enough to find these days, and it's even harder to find good customer service that doesn'tstill raise my anxiety. I think what people need to remember if they have a bad experience (and I'm not saying that badexperiences still won't happen, nor am I trying to judge whom was at fault for any previous or even future bad experiences orsay anyone is wrong), is that a) not everything that goes wrong is the employees' fault, nor is it necessarily in their power oreven the manager's power to fix certain issues and b) there are laws and rules/company policies they HAVE to abide by, andcannot bend or break for ANYONE, no matter the situation. If they don't and it's a legal issue, it's because, beyond being thelaw that's there for a reason, they not only risk their livelihood, they risk any future jobs, fines, and even jail time. Doplease don't give them a hard time for not selling you that 18-21 and over item, even if you legitimately forgot it, had itstolen, or whatever. And if it's a safety issue, they are trying to keep you, the others in the store, themselves, and thebusiness safe. If it's "just a corporate policy" that you think is ridiculous so they should just break it, remember that a)you're again asking them to risk their livelihood and b) a lot of the time, even if they wanted to break the rules Read more
