I was so excited when I saw that we were getting our very own Popeyes; however, that excitement was soon replaced with disgust.... Popeyes chicken is so fresh, it comes complete with feathers!!! The drive through line is usually (45 minutes) delayed, just toreach the window to get a completely inaccurate order. The management of this store needs to get themselves together and payattention to their customer reviews. They definitely need older leadership. I seen on young lady on her cellphone while taking drive through orders. Also they make... you wait until your order is ready which backs up the drive through line. Read more
I cannot believe a place that JUST opened, would have such terrible service so soon. The customer service here is awful. The... food is really good if they would just make it. They are out of almost everything here. The employees act like the customers arebothering them, you can ask something and they will straight up ignore you. There were no paper towels, utensils,napkins, lidsor any spices or packets out for customer use. Read more
We waited in line for more than 45 mins. The prices are extreme high compared to others. I ordered a 3 wings with red beans and... rice. Look at this foolishness. This is by far the WORST one I have been too. The experience here was awful. Read more
Got a sweet tea and opened the lid and couldn?t believe what I was seeing so I poured the ?Sweet Tea? in a clear glass????.... Something not right. Please hire New Management or close the store!! This is unacceptable! Read more
Slow service in lobby drive thru was faster than dine in. They had no fries and the wings were small.
This is by far the WORST Popeyes I?ve ever been to. I ordered a 12 piece family meal to insure I would receive at least two... breasts. I also added a large Mac and cheese and paid $6.99 for it. My receipt said I was charged for 3 pieces from each part ofthe chicken. The box contained 4 thighs, 4 legs, 2 wings and 2 pieces that looked like thighs but were half the size. My $7 Macand cheese had one scoop and my coleslaw was halfway full. Last week I went to KFC and paid $33 after tax for a 12 piece with 3sides and received 3 breasts and all my sides were full. Not to mention they didn?t charge me extra for Mac and cheese. Ifyou?re looking to feed your whole family fried chicken, I highly suggest you visit another Popeyes or go to the KFC down thestreet. This has to be the worst Popeyes in the south metro Atlanta area. Ridiculously slow,drive thru employee's totally... unprofessional. If you order anything above a 2 or 3 piece order they may pull you into a parking spot,after you alreadycouldn't pull forward to save their drive thru time recording. Your order 9 times out of 10 will be wrong,now you have to goinside to bring food in and wait again to make correct. It's no way corporate leadership doesn't know.
