Not only did our order take an hour and a half (we live 10 min from the store) the pizza was not good at all. Customer service... was awful. When we called to check on our order after waiting for over an hour, the guy who answered the phone was notapologetic, and did not offer us anything for our inconvenience. Christian is a really nice person. They have a very friendly staff they are very very very quick I mean I'm talking soon as you... order it you better be on the way because it will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes for small pizza or chicken these guys willliterally do anything they are a great staff and I have been going here for almost 8 years. I used to have deliveries made forthe last 6 years just the last couple of years I started driving and picking them up you save money on delivery and the food isactually a little bit better when picked up.. basically if you're looking out really quickly call this place ahead of time theywill have your order ready in a matter of minutes Read more

This Domino's pizza location on Topside Rd. is my go-to place for excellent pizza, friendly delivery people and prompt and... accurate processing my food order request. I have never had an order that I have placed with them to be incorrect. I love theircustomer service thoroughly and will continue to order from them when I am in the mood for excellent pizza, boneless chicken,yummy apple dip, not to mention their chocolate lava cakes. Absolutely horrible service. Made an order tonight right around 9:00 p.m. When I made the order the estimate time of arrival was... 24-34 minutes. I got a notification that the pizza was taken out of the oven around 9:15. The driver didn't show up until anhour later. Then he calls and tells me he is at my door. So I go outside to see that he isn't. I try to get him to go in theright direction, but he doesn't listen and goes in the opposite. When he finally shows up, I don't give him a tip because of hisrudeness. I told him that if he were quicker, he would get a tip. I don't tip for bad service. He then proceeds to make excuses.Horrible customer service. As you can see from the pic, the pizza was cold and had to be reheated just to be edible. Reallydisappointed. They always get my order correct and the delivery drivers are always friendly and courteous. Sometimes they are short handed... and it takes longer than expected to get my order. However they always make it right with points or coupons. I understand stuffhappens but what matters is they make it right. Read more
