Wife ordered meals for us and our 3 kids. Got home and was missing 1 entire meal and 2 frosties. Yes she should have double... checked but the restaurant should have ensured everything was given to her. Called in several times before the phone wasanswered and the worker was not apologetic in any way shape or form. Read more
Order Jr cheese burger and a Soda to go. Ask if it came with tomato. Clearly stated please No Tomato. Went to get my Soda.... Totally flat, bottle needed changed. Left with my cheese burger, which when I unwrapped in the car it had tomato on it. Thenthere was so much ice cold ketchup on it it made my whole hamburger cold. Which management actually act like they were going outof the way by taking my order. Won't be back, plenty other fast foods that will actually do their job right. Read more
My orders are always correct. Their mobile app gives great deals. It is always clean. In the spring, I had ordered a team meal... in the spring and they were wonderful to work with and the 20 meals were hot and ready to go. Read more
