Ordered an iced cap and when recieved it, it was all milk with no espresso. Hubby parked and went inside to have a new one made... and the little girl behind the counter was rude saying she was the one that made it and it was fine. After the manager steppedforward and said for her to go elsewhere and he would make it, she then snapped at her manager and said she would handle it. Shedumped the cup out instead of getting a new one, kept adding more and more espresso even after manager said that was enough got coffee grounds and junk all over the lid and then handed it back to my husband. At this point the manager told him to tasteand it and my hubby was just done with her attitude and said it was fine and left. It was absolutely disgusting, tasted likefoamy black coffee with no ice. This is the closest donut joint (if you call a place that thaws out their frozen donuts every day a donut joint) and so when my... kids want donuts we usually go here. I believe that, in recent months, pretty much every single order we've placed here haseither been wrong or missing items which then leaves me wasting more of my time and gas to try and get their mistake remedied.While they've given me the items missing, they Unfortunately give no care out concern towards making it right with any furthercompensation. Donuts are cheap (at least they should be, especially freshly thawed out one), give an extra glazed donut at leastto give a small amount of compensation for your customers losses. Better then what I expected. First time trying there Carmel swirl Cappuccino! Not bad, not bad at all.
This dunkin has been great since opening. Recently however it's been going downhill. Literally can't even make a hot coffee with... cream and sugar right. I've order 5 in the last month, asked specifically did they remember the sugar, pull away and no sugar. Iguess if I ask for a drink with 40 ingredients I'll get it right, I can see how a hot coffee with cream and sugar is challengingto make. Last messed up order was 9/8 at 8:29 pm. If the owner cares about keeping long standing customers they will get engagedand figure out what's going on with the poor customer experience as of late. Read more
