Everytime I've come to this restaurant. They somehow manage to leave something out. Even the side sauces that I pay for. Never... make it's way into the order. They've given me fountain drinks with no straws, no utensils to consume the salads, no dressingfor the salads or Zaxby's sauce which is a courtesy sauce they normally put inside the platter of fingers and fries. Food was great. Staff was very helpful. I did wait just a bit but it was for fresh fries. I did appreciate fresh quality food.
We ordered two family meals. We received the fries half full. Some of chicken strips were shriveled so small. I ordered four... different kinds of sauce and I only got honey mustard - which needless to say was no well received. Read more
