This is one of my family's favorite places to eat but unfortunately our experience at this Zaxby's on Fern valley Road was not... pleasant the staff was a bit on the road side and we had trouble with communication we must do something about the training ofthese restaurants that are public visits on a daily so we can make it more of a pleasant experience in which it should be fornot only me and my family but all patrons. The cashier made so many mistakes, he was so nervous poor kid. Couldn't count change, figure out how much change I was supposed... to be given back. He hit a wrong button and couldn't open his drawer, he was a mess. My tenders were too crispy, had to takethise oarts off to eat them. That weren't busy, but customer service was very slow. Great food, but check your order before you leave. Because if they get it wrong (and they do sometimes) and you call about it,... they will leave you sitting on hold for 25 minutes, then yell at you when you tell them you deserve more than "What, you wannacome up here and get your 2 chicken fingers?", after sitting on hold for 25 minutes! Decided to give it a try since friends and family reccomend it. Not worth the price for flavor, quality and quantity. First and... foremost, THE ORDER WAS NOT RIGHT. Didn't receive the toast that came with the 5 piece. Slaw and the cheddar bites were reallybland. Chicken had a decent flavor, not really a crunch I was looking for. The best thing was the fried mushrooms. Also orderedthree chocolate chip cookies and recieved three different kinds. For the price, probably wont come back.
