This is one of my family's favorite places to eat but unfortunately our experience at this Zaxby's on Fern valley Road was not... pleasant the staff was a bit on the road side and we had trouble with communication we must do something about the training ofthese restaurants that are public visits on a daily so we can make it more of a pleasant experience in which it should be fornot only me and my family but all patrons. The cashier made so many mistakes, he was so nervous poor kid. Couldn't count change, figure out how much change I was supposed... to be given back. He hit a wrong button and couldn't open his drawer, he was a mess. My tenders were too crispy, had to takethise oarts off to eat them. That weren't busy, but customer service was very slow. Read more
