This store is very inconsistent. Often get orders wrong, forget extra sauces that you pay for. This was our first time eating here and it was really good! The young man behind the counter was very helpful and sweet! My order has been wrong twice in a row now. Usually always cold too, but I live about 4 miles away so maybe the food cools off... on my ride home. This still doesn?t explain them screwing my order up consistently. This isn?t cheap food by any means. Thestaff is usually pretty helpful which is why I?m puzzled. How on earth could a business be run so poorly. The service providedby this establishment bleeds poor management. I never have this issue at other Zaxby?s, just this one. And again it cannot bethe staff as I?ve seen them change out countless times. The owner doesn?t care and doesn?t deserve your money. I haven't had this chicken for 15 years. Please expand northward! Like in Ohio! Seriously, the tenders are so flavorful and... match perfectly with the Zax sauce. Popeyes, KFC, Chick-fil-a's tenders don't compare at all. I'm going to try the sandwichtomorrow and see how it compares to the competition. Read more
