I ordered food off the website directly. Doordash drive said there isn?t a order at the store. I called the store and they said... it was never received even tho I had a order number and receipt of purchase. Never got my food or a refund. Contacted the storetwice and contacted wingsstop customer service twice, and was told I would receive my refund on 5-7 business days. It?s been amonth and still no refund Read more
1st time customer for lunch.gotta say not the best experience or service .ordered the 10 regular wings and got 8 .plus a togo... bag full of grease . No favor to the wings and the fry's where cold. This location (Goose Creek/Westport Rd) has REALLY gone down hill. The past two online carryout orders we've placed (7/14/22 and... 7/29/22) have gone "missing"...Place the order on the app, show up, Oh sorry we didn't receive your order...This time I eventried to call them -twice- before getting in the car to pickup the order. BOTH calls were magically disconnected before I wasable to confirm the order. Wonder how many other orders they've screwed up that don't get reviewed? Left part of my order out. When I called said they could not give me a refund but I could come back. I'm already all the way... home so I said if I come back I'd like my food remade because the rest of my order is now cold. Refused to do that. Said thegeneral manager would need to authorize the refund and she's wasn't there. So basically I'm out the money I paid and the item.Horrible customer service.
