Worst restaurant in the city. Waited an hour for take out (ordered at 7:pm). Cashiers didn?t want to take my order. No ice in... soda machine. Food was cold. I waited an hour and 45 minutes over my pick up time. The cashier very rudely argued with me saying I already picked up my... order- clearly not if I'm standing in the store picking up my order. She rolled her eyes and printed off a new ticket to remakemy food I paid $50 for. Will not return and a call will be made to get a full refund- the staff is all rude and I'm extremelyirritated they didn't even offer anything to make it right. This review is not from one situation or one instance. The last FOUR times I?ve ordered from this specific Wingstop, they have... been incorrect on the time my food would be prepared. I understand being off by 5-10 minutes but I placed my order and receivedmy receipt at 5:28PM with a 18 minute wait. I get told at 6:02PM that my wings are just getting dropped. If you are willing toget chicken from anywhere else on Dixie highway and you?re not wanting to wait past the time they told you, avoid this Wingstop? Read more
Horrible customer service! Rude and nasty employees! The employees would rather lean around, look around, lolly gag, and not... accually do there job. The service is absolutely embarrassing. Lobby and store constantly looks nasty and filthy. Who evercooked and sauces the chicken doesn't know how to do there job right. There store smells bad and stink. It doesn't look likethey clean. The GENERAL MANAGER has negative energy, no respect, threatens her employees and doesn't look or act like she canhandle her job well. Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Order thru the app for pick up. Was given a pickup time arrived few... minutes early. But took another 30 minutes at least. Finally got food home. Fries were cold(only live 5 minutes fromrestaurant). Was shorted 10 bone in wings on one order. And 6 bone in wings on other. First time ordering from Wings Stop. Eventhough the customer service was terrible and order was short and fries were cold. They did make our order right. The wings werereal good. Will try Wings Stop again. Generally don't leave bad reviews, but this seems important to do for the community. The food is on par with other Wing Stops,... which is good! Albeit a relatively simple task to deep fry a wing and coat it in sauce, it was alright. But the service isincredibly embarrassing. I walked in to order and waited a half hour for food, only to see about a dozen other orders madecompletely wrong, myself included. I ordered 10 wings with 2 flavors, I got 6 with 2 DIFFERENT flavors. Notified them, only forthem to give me 4 more wings, but with 2 wrong flavors again. Not sure how you could... mess it up in the span of 2 minutes likethat, but here we are. The employees were on another planet, I'm assuming they weren't very sober, and/or incredibly sad. So when I got here they only had one deep fryer down with chicken in it amongst the 7 deep fryer that they had . Since most of... their employees were out smoking dope in the front and chilling too loud music in their car I was told that there was going tobe a 45 minute wait time for a simple Wing order. Ordered delivery. Missing half my order and the drink I received was just carbonation. Called the restaurant to find a... resolution and spoke with Jonathan who told me I?d have to bring the food back to them for them to take photographs to prove Iwas missing half my food. I paid for an up charge to get a large sprite and while Jonathan said they ran out of sprite and therewas a note for the delivery driver, he still wouldn?t make an effort to correct the mistake. This was the first time I orderedfrom here and will certainly be the last. Waste of money and and TERRIBLE customer service!!! Read more
