Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered for delivery on wing stops website and never received our order. Called (2 hours later) and... were told doordash picked up our order, but we never received it and we?d have to contact them for refund. Called Doordash andwas told that was not the case. Called back and manager was so rude. Refused to give us our money back. Luckily, our bank madeit right after we disputed the charge. Will never visit this restaurant again. Such a shame too because it was one of ourfavorites that we frequented regularly. Normally we can look past things like this, but the manager had no remorse nor was sheapologetic. Horrible experience!!!! I did a door dash order at this location and it was horrible. They couldn't find the order in the system... which isn't a big problem I know situations like these arise. But the way the manager handled the situation was awful! She needsto be FIRED!!! She was very disrespectful in what she said. She was gossiping about me to the other co-workers. SHE WAS EATINGCHICKEN ON THE LINE that I know she didn't pay for which is theft. She was also talking on her cellphone while cooking. I givethis experience a 1/10. The only reason I won't give it a 0 is because the nice lady on the front register. She was a delight totalk to and she needs to be promoted to manager because she handled the situation 1000% better. Wings were good but fries not..costumer service is awful tho. No wonder why not a lot of us coming back. I got a combo and didnt... wanted rach. But after i sat down i decided to get some and the guy says he needs to charge me. I sayd it was ridiculouos butpaid anyways. Only 1.60 but my point is that it comes with the combo. The manager later came and she explain to him but it wastoo late. They are bad atbtraining new folks but he should have reach out to the manager if he wasnt sure. Fries were awful. Fountain machine was out. No garbage can in dining area, you have to ask for ketchup, one paper towel for... everyone to share. We tried a few sauces and didn't care for any of them. Basically spent 33.00 on freezer burned chickennuggets. Our first and last time here. Read more
Ordered the boneless wing bundle to try the new hot honey. Barely any sauce/seasoning were on the 10 in that flavor, but I got... the other 10 in the smokey bbq and they were good. The fried corn was the best part. Read more
The staff is always friendly and they work hard. The food is always good quality. So good of quality that my cat rubbed up... against the carrots and celery box I got from them like she was getting a catnip high (she didn't eat it, she just fell in lovewith it or something). Enjoy! Read more
The guy at the register was so slow could tell he was doing as little as possible, bathroom was out of everything soap,... paper,etc. Another employee was on her phone sitting down in different places stalling and not working. it took 30 minutes toget our food, than when we went to leave there was no trash cans.
