The cashier was rude. White Castle serves breakfast 24hrs but when I ordered a hamburger with egg I was told they aren't serving... breakfast and a hamburger with an egg on it is breakfast so therefore I couldn't get it. Read more
Hadn't ate White Castles in a while and been having a craving to eat some. The food exceeded my expectations. I got exactly what... I wanted without any issues and it was hot and fresh although it was the middle of the night. Read more
The Drive Thur Cashier was very nice and friendly. But my biggest disappointment was My Fries which are My favorites were old... and I should have taken them back and requested some more but I know next time to check them before I leave. Read more
Be prepared to wait forever for your food, waited 45 minutes for a very small order. They had givin the wrong order out in drive... thru, another lady came in and said she had waited over 30 minutes, they had givin her order away. There was a man on the grilltrying real hard to get it all together, but the other workers acted new and were confused. Read more
I walked in at 8:02 got waited on at 8:07 placed my order got my drink sat down. AT 8:37 I RECEIVED MY ORDER. I WAS SO UPSET I... LOST MY APPETITE. Understaffed but the ones who were there working hard to get everyone's orders. My order was large and it was made perfect.... 1922 S 7th St, Louisville, KY 40208 I have been here for an hour. I am a door dasher and I have waited in the drive thru for an... hour bc inside is closed when I finally get to the speaker they don't ask for the name on the order so when i get to the windowthe order hasn't been started on I wait another 10 mintues for them to tell me to pull around front for them to bring it out.They could of asked for the name at the speaker so by the time I did get to the window my customers order would have been ready Read more
