I arrived to this location last night (technically around 2am) as they're listed 24/7. There were only 4 cars in line in front... of me. I waited about 20 minutes in line for only 2 cars to pull forward. I assumed once I got to the window it would be fasterbut it took another 20 minutes just for the employee to take my order. Between the 2 cars in front of me at this point, it tookanother 45 minutes to receive my food at the window. Both of the drinks I ordered were incorrect. The entire experience fromstart to finish took almost an hour and a half. This location was allowing guests to enter inside the location as well as drivethrough and it appeared they were severely understaffed. Both employees appeared stressed, aggravated and in no way pleasant.Very bad experience. Read more
Delicious burgers. Chocolate milkshake so thick you must eat it with a spoon until it melts enough to drink thru a straw...????
Got a sack of cheeseburgers and chocolate milkshakes both of which were good. My husband was a lil salty that there were no... pickles on the burgers, because they didn't even let us know they were out, but not a problem for me lol. The speed of servicewas great. It's 2 o'clock and I thought the food was gonna be fresh and hot and it wasn't then it's so much going on in the back that I... feel like the manager should have in control instead it just seems like no one in there really doing their jobs. There are some kind people working here. It was a quick trip through the drive thru . The food was hot and fresh. Then we had... car troubles , alternator went out and we were stuck. Then the cell phone dies, we were able to seek refuge in a cleanrestaurant and charge the cell phone. We were treated with kindness, good music and positive energy. Read more
They have a crazy long line late night. Food was good though.
I used to love this white castle but When We went a couple nights it was,terrible. The burgers were borderline NOT DONE, barely... any onions on them at all, the cheesesticks were not cooked long enough and the fries were not good either. Staff wasn't allthat great either. Wish the old third shift crew was,still around. I don't recommend this,white castle anymore. Read more
