It was midterm election day, but yet, everybody was so nice. (Not in a republican vs. democrat mood) And I loved the guy at the... register! Obviously, he was gay, (I'm very LGBTQ+ supportive), he was SOOOO nice!!! I will DEFINITELY visit again, and I hopethat guy is still working there when I do!! Sloppy service, gave me wrong food, checked before I left window. No, sorry about the error. Just plain rude. Iconic burger joint that cannot be missed. From the old photos inside, the friendly staff and great food it is a must stop.
My granddaughter and I went there Monday afternoon. We went through the drive-thru and yes there was a little wait, but the food... was well worth it!! Everything was hot and fresh. We ordered Cheeseburgers, Chicken Rings and Mozzarella Cheese Sticks. They didforget our sauce for the Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, but the cheese sticks were so cheesy and delicious we didn't even need it! Itwas so good!! I didn't get it this time, but if you haven't tried their Chocolate Milkshake you are missing out!! I usually geta large and drink some of it, and then I take the straw out and put it in the freezer. The next day I have Chocolate ice creamto eat with a spoon. It usually takes me three days to eat one large shake, so it is well worth it. So Good!! Read more
Please do me a favor and don’t ask what seedy part of Louis the 16th’s Ville I’m in. My first time at White Castle so... thought I’d give it a solid review. Boy did my .89 (where’s the cent sign on an iPhone) go a long way. Never has a Hawaiianbun and mustard ever taste so good. Ironically I assumed I bought a hamburger ???????. The staff had a good laugh at it being myfirst time. Food wasn’t bad and happy to see it was a dog friendly establishment. #fivestars Read more
Waited 30 minutes in line just to place an order in the drive thru. Lobby is always closed, cannot place a to go order in order... to avoid the long drive thru times. When you work second & third shift, besides Taco Bell, there really are no other optionsavailable. If you don't have the time to wait, and you work in this area, might want to consider bringing your own dinner towork with you from home otherwise you'll be late getting to work. The employees have no sense of urgency & are not veryfriendly. Everytime I come here its always just telling me my total, taking my money & giving me my order. There are no pleasesor thank yous or how are yous or I'm sorry for the long wait or even so much as a simple smile. Almost feels like the fast foodWalmart version of Dixie Highway where the employees don't care, your just a number, the wait times are almost the same that youwould expect at an actual dine in restaurant.
