Oh where to begin. After a late night workout at the planet fitness down the road I was hungry. Theres not many options at night... so I found myself going to the local White Castle. When i arrived, at around 12 am, there was a line of about 7 to 9 cars. I satthere waiting about 10 minutes and only 2 cars had moved. It wasn't until the next car got serviced that we finally startedmoving again but there was a car not moving forward at all. The line of cars still waited behind this car until the next car wasserviced. It was until that point that everyone in line realized the car wasnt moving still. Somebody got out to see what wasgoing on and I saw them gesture the guy was asleep. So we did what anyone else would do in a situation like this and passed theguy who was "sleeping on sliders". About 5 minutes later the police showed up and pounded on this guys window and he woke rightup and they conducted a field sobriety test right there 12:45 in the morning in white castles parking lot. About 10 minutes ofwaiting in line I finally reached the window where they couldnt even understand me speaking clear as day they asked me to "speakup" so I did and they finally got my order. They rush you in the drivethrough and still take 10 minutes to make your food. Idon't think it says enough that people literally fall asleep waiting for this mediocre food. Also I find it hilarious since theyhave a slogan "Never sleep on sliders", but their customers do because they take so long. My visit took about 45 minutes intotal. Read more

I understand that due to staffing issues it may take longer to prepare my order, which is not the frustrating part in all of... this. What's frustrating is waiting the 15-20 minutes for my order only to have the sliders come out tasting correct. I don'tthink asking for fresh fries or mozzarella sticks is too much at all (especially seeing how they only take 5-6 minutes in thefryer. If it happens occasionally, I can let it go and move on but for this to happen every time I come to this place, somethinghas to be said about this. At this point I would have even been cool if they dropped them back in the fryer to make it SEEM likeI had been waiting for fresh fries, but they couldn't even do that. Again, I am not upset about the wait time of 20 minutes. Iam disappointed that after waiting for that time, the only thing that came out warm was my slider (which doesn't take as long tocook) and my fries, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings were all cold. Only giving one ? because I have to, to leave a review. I don't know what happened to there service here it used to be good a... few months ago but now it's ridiculous you might as well go to a different one or door dash it because it would probably bequicker but it also seems like the quality control of the food has went down ???? hill too. When it used to be my favorite nightspot to get a snack usually being a 10 sack with fries and drink. But not anymore.. Read more

So short handed customers are paying other customers to place orders cause the line is ridiculously slow. Nope still the... same... on a good night ya might be able to get through the drive thru in under 20 minutes. 1 car at a time. Crazy right?? Read more
I will say, every time I’ve come here the food has been good and fresh. However, it could be the best food on the planet and... it won’t make up for the absolutely abysmal drive thru wait. You should never pull up to a restaurant and see simply 3 cars inthe drive thru and know that you’re going to be waiting at MINIMUM 30 minutes. It is insane that whoever owns or runs thisrestaurant is allowed to continue. 47 minute wait, 4th car in line, counted 22 cars that pulled off and left. There is clearly alarge market for late night food at this location, due to nowhere else being open after about 10pm. In no way should the workersworking there at these hours be held accountable for the wait times. They can only do so much when they have 2 people trying tofeed the entire chunk of Middletown people who are hungry late at night. Management has absolutely failed this location anddeserves to be terminated for not taking a single look at the drive thru times and doing everything they can to fix the issue.You don’t have enough people to work? Pay them better. It’s a simple solution, stop acting like is difficult. You guys havethe demand and then some, but simply try to work with a skeleton crew with complete disregard to the mental and physical healthof the employees who are overworked beyond belief.
