Great White Castle! They were a little slow but they had the guy at the window working drive through and taking counter orders.... He was STILL so nice and even thought they forgot part of our order they immediately fixed it. Read more

Took forever to take my order but it was because of short staff , other than that order was correct & hot. Biden administration... has got economy all screwed up. No one wants to work when the government pays you to stay at home. Good luck all fast foodbusinesses. Read more

I’m just now leaving From this location and they were Understaffed today so I definitely was being very patient. I had a... positive attitude about them taking a while with my food however the person who checked me out had The nerve to have animpatient attitude towards me checking my food before pulling off. I asked if I could add on an additional drink to my meal shetold me I couldn’t so I understood it. so I started to check my food because my kids eat very particular and I asked for noonions on my sandwich they still add them. She came back to the window to see why I was still there and then I told her aboutthe sandwiches she told me that they scraped off most of the onions that they could see they cook the burgers in them, then sheshut the window. so I continue to check the rest of my food and she came back to the window and said what else is wrong in anaggressive tone. I told her all I’m doing is checking my food before I pull off is that OK she said I mean I just have a lineand you’re holding it up and I told her that her line would be perfectly fine and she proceeds to slam the window and saystuff underneath her breath behind the window as if I can’t hear as a customer. Your franchise should definitely takeawareness on the people that you are hiring if they are not good under pressure and they should not be in positions to deal withcustomers. Read more

Lisa, the manager, is wonderful. My friend is a regular and loves her. She handled Doordash messing up my order today. They... screwed it up THREE times and she fixed it for me. I am so grateful because my car broke down and I have no groceries while it'sin the shop. I am very appreciative. I expect very little from fast food and was in the business many years so I understand whyits hit and miss so much. Lisa deserves to be paid what she is worth and hope she is! People with her drive and patience arerare in this business. I was a GM very a long time and encourage the GM of this store to really recognize her professionalism.People deserve to be acknowledged when they work this hard. Thanks White Castle team! ?? And I am sure Lisa will reach hergoals in life with her work ethic. Read more

I placed a mobile order for pick up at 1:25pm because I know the drive thru always takes forever. So I get there, the doors are... locked. After calling twice they answer and said it was still pending but they would bring it out to me. I waited 15 mins anddecided to go through the drive thru. After waiting there forever I told the lady I had a mobile order and she said it was stillpending! I said ok well pretend I’m a drive thru person and make it. She said they couldn’t do that. I said fine give me mymoney back. She said to pull around. I waited another 6 or so mins and drove off. I’ll dispute it with my credit card orcorporate. Read more

Hands down this establishment is best its been in years.... There was only 2 employees working and still kept a good pace and a... positive attitude... Lady working drive thru was very polite and courtesy. Continued to apologize for the delay... you can'tget this service anywhere anymore I would wait 2 hours to eat here and know I get treated with respect rather than go somewhereand be treated like garbage and Order not be right thank you guys for the wonderful service Read more

I tried the 1921 white castle slider. It wasn't cooked all the way. When we ordered no one answered the drive-thru they don't... have many employees working. You could hear employees yelling and cussing at other employees. There was one nice employee. Don'tcome here it's not only a waste of time but a waste of money. This white castle used to be not bad but it went downhill quickly. Read more

We had a fantastic experience here. We ordered quite a bit of food and they got our whole order correct. We placed our order... through the app because there was a 20% off special happening. The mozzarella sticks were great. The jalapeño cheese slidersand onion rings were awesome as well. We also purchased a 100th anniversary coffee mug that changes colors. So fun.
